Salesforce Solution Architect
The SevenPoints Solution Architect is responsible for collaborating with our client’s technology and business stakeholders to develop a scalable Salesforce architecture, vision, and strategy that enables desired business outcomes.
The Solution Architect plays a critical role in the organization and is responsible for architecting the design of the Salesforce solution and any required integrations with other systems. This person plays a hands-on role in designing and documenting the solution, collaborating with consultants to get the solution built.
The Solution Architect should have excellent Salesforce solution design experience, technical aptitude, and solid communication skills. The role requires the individual to interface directly with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and design or enhance the Salesforce. This also requires the ability to develop strong client relationships based on trust earned with key sponsors and stakeholders.
Salesforce Solution Architect
The ideal candidate possesses:
- A thorough understanding of how clients use Salesforce to optimize their business processes
- A proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects
- A comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce solution design and shared components
- A proficient technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and design best practices; specifically as it relates to design principles, configuration vs. customization, features, functions, integrations, data models, and more
- Exceptional communication skills
- 3+ Salesforce Platform certifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud. Expertise in Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Mulesoft, and integration architecture is a plus
Salesforce Program/Project Manager
Salesforce Program/Project Manager
The SevenPoints Program/Project Manager is responsible for managing Enterprise level business transformation projects, playing a hands-on role in managing the project to ensure that the scope, schedule, and budget are actively managed to ensure client success, working in collaboration with the client’s team, including sponsors and stakeholders, and our consultants to get the solution built and taken live successfully.
The Program/Project Manager plays a critical role in the organization and is responsible for ensuring project success.
The Program/Project Manager should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong business process acumen, a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, and excellent interpersonal relationship skills. The role requires the individual to interface directly with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and manage the project to success.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- A detailed and thorough understanding of how clients use Salesforce to optimize their business processes
- A comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and typical applications/solutions
- The ability to lead small and large projects including meeting facilitation, requirements gathering, team member management and client engagement
- Exceptional communication skills, detail-focused mindset, and strong interpersonal skills
- A proficient technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and design best practices, design principles, configuration vs. customization, features, functions, integrations, data models, etc. is a plus
Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant
The SevenPoints Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant works as part of the project team that ensures our clients maximize their Salesforce ROI and interfaces directly with both client stakeholders and the internal team to understand their needs and design or enhance the solution. Business Analyst/Consultant develops a strong rapport with the client’s team and assists in defining the business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce designs including the development of the Salesforce data model. This includes facilitating/participating in requirements workshops, documenting detailed functional, data, and reporting requirements, as well as any functional requirements for integrations with external information systems, including before and after business processes/workflows. The consultant also configures and tests the desired Salesforce solution with the other members of the team, including writing test scripts based on requirements and executing functional and regressions tests.
The Business Analyst/Consultant plays a critical role on the team and
is responsible for facilitating requirements workshops, documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting & data requirements, writing detailed user stories, and configuring Salesforce.
Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant
The ideal candidate possesses:
- A detailed, thorough understanding of how clients use Salesforce to optimize their business processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and solution design
- Experience with solutions based on Sales & Service Cloud, Pardot. Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service Lightning, & Health Cloud knowledge/experience is a plus
- A proficient technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and design best practices; specifically design principles, configuration vs. customization, features & functions, integrations, data models, and more
- Through knowledge of metadata migration between Salesforce environments using change sets and other tools
- Collaborate with end-users to create and maintain training materials
- Exceptional communication skills
- 3+ Salesforce Platform certifications, the preferred certifications being:
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Health Cloud Accreditation
- Community Cloud Consultant
- Pardot Specialist and/or Pardot Consultant
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- CPQ Specialist
- Field Service Lightning Consultant
